Workhorse Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide reliable and professional moving and junk removal services. If you need to make changes or cancel your booking, please review our policy below: 

• More than 48 hours before service – Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 24-48 hours before service – 50% refund or one-time free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours before service – No refund, but we offer a reschedule with a $50 rescheduling fee.

• If Workhorse fails to complete the agreed-upon service due to an issue on our end, we will offer a partial or full refund based on the extent of the issue.
• No refunds will be issued for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or client unpreparedness).

 We handle items with care. However, in the rare event of damage, we will review claims on a case-by-case basis and may provide compensation up to a reasonable limit. 

If our crew arrives and is unable to complete the service due to customer no-show, lack of access, or hazardous conditions, no refund will be issued.
